Kampher, M.D. Dr. Kampher passed away in Santa Fe Tuesday, April, 2017, and is missed by PMS The Hospice Center staff and families. Although officially retired when he moved to Santa Fe, Dr. Kampfer cared for patients through his volunteer work with The Hospice Center, making house calls to patients direct and attending weekly hospice team meetings, said Mary Ann Andrews, Volunteer Coordinator with Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS).
