Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) – Farmington Community Health Center welcomes Kathryn Langmuir to its medical team. Langmuir is a Nurse Practitioner and is accepting new patients at 505-327-4796. The Center is located at 1001 West Broadway Avenue in Farmington and offers primary care, dental, behavioral health, veteran support, and supported housing services.
“I would like to bridge the gap in healthcare disparities in San Juan County. I am excited to join a cohesive team at PMS to make a difference in healthcare,” said Langmuir.
Langmuir is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners – Colorado Rocky Mountain Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and the International Nurses Association. She earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York.
“I appreciate and respect the mission and passion PMS has to the people in San Juan County,” said Langmuir of why she chose to work at PMS.
As with all PMS federally qualified health centers, Farmington Community Health Center is not-for-profit and accredited by The Joint Commission. The Center does not turn away any patient due to lack of insurance or financial status. Payment options include Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance.
