Farmington Community Health Center Welcomes Menzo Faassen, Mental Health Therapist

Farmington Community Health Center welcomes Menzo Faassen, a mental health therapist, to its behavioral health team. Mr. Faassen said that he looks forward to working with a variety of people and different cultures at PMS.

“I have a passion for working with people and guiding people as they improve their lives or work through problems,” said Mr. Faassen.

He earned his Master of Science in Community Counseling from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee and his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He is a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Society for Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama.

Mr. Faassen is accepting new patients at 505-327-4796. Farmington Community Health Center is located at 1001 West Broadway Avenue in Farmington. As with all PMS federally qualified health centers, it is not-for-profit and accredited by The Joint Commission. The Center does not turn away any patient due to lack of insurance or financial status. Payment options include Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance.
