Grants Family Counseling Welcomes Kiran Aryal, Mental Health Therapist

Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) – Grants Family Counseling welcomes Kiran Aryal to its behavioral health team. Aryal is a licensed Mental Health Therapist and is accepting new patients at 505-876-1890. Grants Family Counseling is located at 210 East Santa Fe Avenue in Grants and offers behavioral health services.

Aryal said she is looking forward to working with a diverse population and giving her best and bringing out the best in her clients.

She is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Monroe, Louisiana. She earned her Nursing Degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Science in India.

During her time in nursing, Aryal said she realized how important counseling can be to clients which is why she decided to become a Mental Health Therapist. In addition to English, she speaks Hindi and Nepali.

Grants Family Counseling provides support for a wide range of behavioral health conditions. Our services include crisis intervention, comprehensive assessments, individual and family counseling, psychiatric consultation and medications, substance abuse programs, educational groups for a variety of problems, and additional community support programs for those with serious, chronic mental health conditions.

As with all PMS federally qualified health centers, Grants Family Counseling is not-for-profit and accredited by The Joint Commission. The Center does not turn away any patient due to lack of insurance or financial status. Payment options include Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance.
