Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) – Grants Family Health Center welcomes Daniel Fenton to its medical team. Fenton is a Nurse Practitioner and is accepting new patients at 505-287-2958. The Center is located at 1217 Bonita Street in Grants and offers primary care services.
“I have a strong desire to work with the people in my community with a goal of preventing health problems as opposed to treating them after the fact. I love having long-lasting relationships with my patients,” said Fenton.
Fenton is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Academy of Family Physicians. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
As with all PMS federally qualified health centers, Grants Family Health Center is not-for-profit and accredited by The Joint Commission. The Center does not turn away any patient due to lack of insurance or financial status. Payment options include Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance.
