Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) – Valley Community Health Center welcomes Emily Everhart to its behavioral health team. Everhart is a licensed Mental Health Therapist and is accepting new patients at 505-747-7400. The Center is located at 835 Spruce Street, Suite C and D in Espanola and offers behavioral health services.
“I’m looking forward to implementing and learning new skills,” Everhart said about what she is looking forward to most in her new position. She also said she looks forward to learning more about cultural competency.
Everhart is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She earned her Master’s in Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the College of Santa Fe in Santa Fe.
Everhart said that she loves the idea of providing mental health services in rural communities, as she’s lived in rural New Mexico.
As with all PMS federally qualified health centers, Valley Community Health Center is a not-for-profit and accredited by The Joint Commission. The Center does not turn away any patient due to lack of insurance or financial status. Payment options include Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance.
