Felt is returned to Presbyterian Medical Services after spending the 15 months serving as a Nurse Practitioner in his native Idaho at the Family Medical Clinic in Chubbuck and Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls.
Asked why he decided to become a nurse practitioner, Felt replied, “I was an ER nurse for 12 years and it lead me to realize that I can do more for patients so I pursued it.”
During his first stint at Presbyterian Medical Services, Felt was a Nurse Practitioner at PMS – Carlsbad Family Health Center from 2010 – 2014. His brother, Dr. Kanona Felt, was employed by Presbyterian Medical Services as a dentist at CFHC and was the reason Kary initially chose Presbyterian Medical Services.
“Presbyterian Medical Services is a great company with a great mission and values,” Felt said when asked what brought him back.
Felt and his wife, Valerie, have five children including triplets.
