Robert "Alex" Morton, LMHC

About Robert "Alex"

I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and the disease model of addiction. I enjoy and promote healing through hands-on activites, the outdoors and recreation. Fly fishing regularly is the way I personally practice mindfulness and intentionality. I believe that change can come to anyone who has a vision for themselves; and developing that vision is the first step to realizing it. Journaling and writing are powerful tools I believe in and encourage others to utilize. Mental health advocacy is something I care deeply about and the strength and resilience of our local communities should always be a priority.
