About Anda
If your life has been difficult lately, then I'd feel privileged to accompany you on your journey for a while, and to help you find a way around the obstacles in your path. I understand that each person is unique and that you are the expert on your own life. I've dedicated my life to learning about mental health and helping people with mental health issues. So if we put our minds together, we may find that life can get easier. I have worked in university settings, in community mental health, in private practice, and in a rural health clinic. I have been providing counseling services for over 20 years. My approach to counseling is eclectic, using a variety of evidence-based practices, with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
