Financial & Billing Information

All Presbyterian Medical Services’ community health centers are Federally Qualified Health Centers. This means that we provide care to everyone, regardless of income, residency status, employment, health insurance coverage, or the ability to pay for services.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance plans. Our health insurance guides assess your qualification and can assist establishing you with coverage if you are not currently insured. If you are uninsured, do not qualify for health care coverage, or your insurance doesn’t cover certain services, our sliding fee discount program can make your health care more affordable. The sliding fee scale is based on your income and family size.

The sliding fee scale provides lower income patients and families with large discounts on their care. This chart gives you an idea what services are covered and what your potential costs could be.

If you do not have insurance or are not using insurance, you have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of the bill for medical items and services. This notice describes your rights under “Good Faith Estimate”.

If you have questions or concerns about being able to afford your care, please reach out to our Customer Access Representatives at your local health center.
