Dahana Lavaud, LMSW

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I graduated from University of Central Florida. I have hand-on experience supporting children and adolescents through individual counseling, group sessions, and school-based mental health services. My work focuses on creating safe, empathetic spaces for clients to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop positive coping strategies. I’ve had the opportunity to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and social-emotional struggles. I use evidence-based approaches, including narrative therapy and solution-focused techniques, to meet people where they are and empower them to reach their goals.
