About Elizabeth
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. I have worked as a special education teacher and in the health care industry. I have worked with both individuals and groups. I have experience working with individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorders, learning differences, substance use disorders, trauma , depression, anxiety , and interpersonal relationships. I focus on a humanistic approach using evidence based practices to support clients in finding their way through challenging moments. My intention is to provide a safe, compassionate, comfortable and judgment free space to meet you where you are at in your life.
