Jason M. Hayes, FNP-C,APRN

Jason is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. He has been in practice for over 12 years and has worked in the setting of family and primary, urgent, occupational, and emergent care. He enjoys working with patients one-on-one, as a team, to explore their health and, when needed, to address illness. He is detail oriented, personable, and focused on good patient care.

I have experience working mostly with adults. I have a strong background in cardiac but most of my experience is in primary care of chronic illnesses.
