I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University. When working with clients, I focus on building a supportive and safe space where they feel comfortable and understood. I take a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize and tap into their own abilities to create positive change. By working together in a solution-focused way, I aim to empower clients to come up with practical strategies to tackle challenges and move forward with confidence. In my personal life, I enjoy hiking, providing sound therapy through sound baths, and going to the gym.
