Reshma Kamal, LPCC

I have over 20 years of experience working as a counselor. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with individuals of all ages. I have experience working with a large variety of ethnically diverse populations. I speak several languages and feel that it is important to understand and embrace our differences.

I use Family Systems therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered approach. I believe that every individual has many strengths and that by using our inner strengths we can conquer many obstacles. As your therapist, I believe that the journey to find yourself is a sacred one and my goal is to help you help yourself by  achieving clarity and the happiness that we all deserve.

I also have a license as a School Counselor and have worked with children and their families in New Mexico for the past 13 years.
