I am originally from Northern Arizona and recently moved to New Mexico from Montana, I am very happy to still be around mountains! I have over 10 years of experience working in behavioral health and 5 years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor. I am a small-town person at heart and love the sense of community that is present in small towns, I am dedicated to providing quality services and supporting the community and its members. I have experience working with all populations from children to adults and am trained in various interventions, including EMDR. I am excited and passionate about educating and training on positive mental health and overall mental wellness, including positive parenting, Mental Health First Aid and just talking to anyone who is willing to listen!
