About Tricia
My career path in behavioral health has always been driven by the desire to care for the under-served. I am truly passionate about the work I do here at PMS.
My practice is grounded in psychodynamic theory, delving into the unconscious factors and early life experiences that shape current behaviors and emotional patterns, while employing an eclectic therapeutic style, incorporating techniques from various modalities to best meet the individual needs of my clients.
My areas of interest include life transitions, aging, death and dying, grief and loss, trauma, chronic pain, nutrition, and LGBTQ+ issues.
I hold certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals.
