I specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am also a registered play therapist and have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and counseling to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I combine a client-centered approach along with cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients to meet their needs.
