About Kirstie

I am licensed as an Art Therapist (LPAT) and Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I hold national Board Certification as a Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC).

I am a life-long artist who values, practices, and dabbles in most of the arts. As a therapist, I employ a Trauma-Informed Care perspective, integrating expressive arts, mindfulness, EMDR, Brainspotting, somatics and education. I value compassionate presence and a sprinkling of therapeutic laughter. My passion is to support individuals to find their joy.

Originally from western Pennsylvania, I have spent most of my time in New Mexico since 1998.
