New Patient Story

I had a terrible experience at this Carlsbad office. I asked to switch providers and saw my "new" provider yesterday-Patricia Aldaz. She was loud, abrasive. No compassion or caring attitude.. I felt like I was being punished because I switched providers! This ordeal was awful-as I suffer with anxiety. I complained of my wrist hurting and she never even looked at it! It felt like a complete attack! I have been coming to this clinic for many years. I couldn't believe the unprofessional attitude that I received. Being a retired nurse myself_I know THIS is not the way these "doctors" are supposed to treat their patients.
