Mobile Crisis Response

If you or someone you care about is experiencing a mental health crisis, you are not alone. Help is available.

PMS’ Mobile Crisis Response Team provides in-person support throughout San Juan County for children, teens, and adults who are going through a mental health or emotional crisis. A trained dispatcher will send our mobile crisis team directly to you.

Our team includes a licensed behavioral health professional and a trained peer support specialist. Together, they provide calm, respectful support focused on safety, understanding, and immediate needs. We listen first. We work with you to reduce stress in the moment and help you feel more stable and supported.

Our goal is to help people remain safely in their community and avoid unnecessary emergency room visits or hospitalization when appropriate. We focus on de-escalation, short-term stabilization, and connecting you to ongoing services and supports that meet your needs.
